Apollo Lighting Service is an Accredited Master Electrician and a member of the Electrical Contractors Association as well as Business SA. Apollo’s WHS policy was first developed in 1991 and is reviewed on a regular basis, utilising ME Safety as the provider of our current safety system conforming to the requirements of AS/NZS4801. Apollo is currently working towards the full implementation of AS/NZS14001 Environmental Management System and completing ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System accreditation.

Apollo’s systems for the successful installation, commissioning, maintenance and removal of event services have been developed over many years and include an extensive review of our customer’s requirements, based on the scope of works provided, site plans, schedules, and meetings to ensure that all of the event’s needs are understood and to incorporate any alterations required. Apollo then plans its schedule of works, and develops KPIs, staff rosters and performance reviews to ensure sufficient resources are provided to implement that schedule.

All work installed and all equipment supplied by Apollo Lighting Service complies with the ELECTRICITY ACT, AS/NZS3000:2007 (Wiring Rules) and AS/NZS3002:2008 (Shows and Carnivals) Electrical Standards, SA Power Networks’ Service Rules and any other applicable Standards, Regulations and Rules. Most of Apollo’s equipment has been built or modified in-house to exacting standards to ensure suitability for the demands of temporary event work. Apollo’s extensive experience in planning and installing temporary electrical and lighting systems ensures a successful, safe and dependable outcome.
